Where: UT Campus — In Front of the MLK Statue, corner of San Jacinto and 23rd St., behind the East Mall Fountain

What: Citywide Rally and March
When: 4 p.m. (March to Federal Bldg. starts at 5 pm — will march past Sen. Cornyn’s office)
Where: Meet at the south steps of the Capitol Building
